Delivery Policy
Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 1–2 working days
Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 2–3 working days
Return Policy
Customers must inspect the product in the presence of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.
If any defect or issue is found, it must be reported immediately.
Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery.
For returns due to customer preference, the delivery charge will be applicable.
Customized or additional lens orders are non-returnable.
Exchange Policy
If the product could not be checked during delivery, an exchange request may be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers must contact us via phone or Facebook Messenger within this timeframe.
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
The exchange will be processed when the replacement product is delivered by our delivery personnel.
